Aljazeera International Festival 2006

Under the patronage of His Excellency Hamad Bin Thamer Al Thani, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Aljazeera Satellite Channel, the 2nd Aljazeera International Television Production Festival will be held from Monday 27th to Thursday 30th March 2006 at Sheraton Hotel, Doha, Qata With the ifntent of promoting the best documentary and news programmes in the world, Aljazeera Channel will hold the Aljazeera International Festival 2006 (JIF 2006) from Sunday, March 27th to Wednesday, March 30th, 2006 at Doha – Sheraton hotel Doha, Qatar. Its aim is to promote better cooperation and understanding among peoples and cultures.
